Who are the Providers and their Benefits?

IntaCapital Swiss offer clients simple solutions to complicated financial requirements.

Providers and Provider Groups are internationally recognisable companies, such as Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Larger Family Offices and those companies and institutions that carry large cash balances. They provide Bank Guarantees, for Collateral Transfer, which is proper term for Leased Bank Guarantee.

Provider Groups have massive balance sheets and as such can access many different assets, and are therefore able to lease Bank Guarantees to those companies looking to access the Collateral Transfer market. Both the company looking to lease a Bank Guarantee, (referred to as the Beneficiary), and the Provider, will enter into a contract referred to as a Collateral Transfer Agreement.

Under the Terms and Conditions of the Collateral Transfer Agreement, the Beneficiary will receive a Bank Guarantee from the Provider for an agreed term, which is usually one year.

The Beneficiary in turn will pay the Provider, a figure representing the Collateral Transfer Fee, in recompense for this service.

One of the big problems of owning a vast array of assets is that inevitably some will be underperforming. Providers will collateralise these assets and provide Bank Guarantees for Collateral Transfer, thus enhancing this earning capabilities of their underperforming assets.

IntaCapital Swiss, is one of the major players in the Collateral Transfer market. However, this would not have been achievable without their successful ongoing relationships with Provider Groups. These relationships have been built up over many successful years together providing Bank Guarantees via their Collateral Transfer Facility to many companies in need of loans and lines of credit, alluded to as Credit Guarantee Facilities.
